Read BusinessWire article: Monarch Partnership Announces SeeAbility as 2017 Charity Partner
Our new charity partner SeeAbility gave Monarch employees an introduction to the important work SeeAbility does for people with sight loss and disabilities. This was done by simulation activities, where participants got to wear simulation glasses or blindfolds while trying to collect pick & mix sweets, pour a drink or toss a bag. These fun activities had an important lesson bound to them, as our employees got to experience how challenging it is for a person with sight loss to cope in everyday life situations.
We want to help SeeAbility to enable people with sight loss and disabilities to develop their skills and make the choices they want, to enjoy a fulfilling life with as much independence as possible. During the year 2017 we will be supporting SeeAbility by raising money through cooperation projects and fundraising events. We are delighted to begin our cooperation with SeeAbility and looking forward to our projects together.
