Free OJEU compliant framework ready for you

In March 2016, Genesis Housing Association (HA), one of the largest providers of social housing in the UK, gave The Monarch Partnership authority to create and manage a new OJEU Compliant Energy Purchasing Framework for housing associations and other public sector organisations. We are happy to tell you that the framework is now in operation and ready for free public sector use.

The tender closed 29/04/2016. The 10 day standstill period commenced 16th May 2016 and was completed on 27th May 2016.

We have awarded 13 energy suppliers, including the following:

Free for ALL Public Sector and Social Housing Organisations

The Genesis Housing Association Energy Purchasing Framework is the UK’s only energy purchasing framework, which will be free to access and use by other public sector organisations. It is owned and governed by the participating housing associations. You avoid paying any third party charges to private organisations.

Steering Committee for the New Energy Purchasing Framework

The Framework was created using the needs and requirements of the housing associations at its core. We formed the steering committee to ensure accountability, transparency and governance of the framework.

Steering Committee and Governance Panel comprise the following housing associations, our valued customers:

Poplar Harca, Spectrum Housing Group, Poole Housing Partnership, RCT Homes, Herefordshire Housing and Greenfields Community Housing Ltd.
